Gerry C. Brooks Chief Operating Officer
An Attorney-at-Law, Gerry Brooks is the Group Chief Operating Officer of the ANSA McAL Group. Educated in the Caribbean and North America, he is also the holder of an MBA, Columbia University, (Dean’s Honour Roll).
He has recently assumed the additional responsibility of Manufacturing Sector Head and is Chairman of Penta Paints Limited, Sissons (Trinidad) Limited, Sissons (Grenada) Limited, ANSA Chemicals Limited, ANSA Polymer Limited, ABEL Business Solutions.
Mr. Brooks is also Deputy Chairman of the Caribbean Court of Justice Trust Fund and he holds additional directorships in the Group including McEnearney Alstons (Barbados) Ltd., Tatil and Tatil Life, and is a member of the ANSA McAL Group Parent Board and Executive Committee.
Mr. Brooks is Chairman of the Family Planning. He is a past Rotary President and has also served on several Cabinet appointed committees. He has been honoured by the First QRC Scouts Association and by Rotary.

David B. Sabga Deputy Chairman
David B. Sabga is Deputy Chairman of ANSA McAL Limited.as well as Sector Head- Automotive and member of the Executive Committee . He holds a BA (Economics) from Windsor University, Canada. Mr. Sabga began his career with the ANSA McAL Group at Standard Equipment and Crown Industries Limited and previously held chairmanships at both companies.

Aneal Maharaj Group Finance Director, Sector Head - Retail
Mr. Aneal Maharaj was appointed as the Group Finance Director in February 2008. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has over 20 years experience in the energy sector and business advisory.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Maharaj was the Vice President, Finance at BHP Billiton and has held a variety of senior finance and planning positions with BP, AMOCO and Deloitte & Touche, in Trinidad, the UK and USA.
Mr Maharaj, a former island scholarship winner, has served as a member of Council of ICATT, as Chairman of ICATT's Taxation Committee and a former member of the Energy Committee of the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce.(IAC).

David Inglefield Sector Head - Media and Services
David Inglefield was appointed President & CEO, ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited in June 2007. Mr. Inglefield first joined the ANSA McAL Group as Group Marketing Director and in 2005 was appointed the Group’s Distribution Sector Head. He is a Parent Board Director and a member of the Head Office Executive Committee.
In his role as Distribution Sector Head he chaired the Boards of Alstons Marketing Co (Trinidad), Stokes & Bynoe, A&R Tempro and Brydens Distribution (Barbados), ANSA McAL Trading (Guyana) and DCI Miami Inc (USA).
He also served as a Board Member of Trinidad Publishing Company Ltd, Carib Brewery Ltd, and serves as a Board Member of ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd, Brydens & Minors Ltd (Grenada), A.S. Brydens & Sons (Antigua), Brydens & Partners Ltd (St Lucia), Trimart Inc. Barbados and The UWI Cave Hill School of Business.
Educated in Trinidad and the United Kingdom Mr. Inglefield joined ANSA McAL after a career in Advertising that spanned 34 years during which he founded his own agency Inglefield Ogilvy in 1993. A past President of the Advertising Agency Association of T&T elected on four occasions, served as Secretary to the Caribbean Council of Advertising Agencies, a member of the Advertising Standards Authority and the Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards, Codes & Ethics Committee.
Mr. Inglefield lectured 3rd year Communication Arts students at the University of the West Indies at the St. Augustine Campus and has been an active Board member of Youth Business of T&T (The Prince’s Trust) from inception. A guest speaker at numerous seminars and workshops on Marketing, Public Relations and Strategic Brand Building.

Nigel L. Romano Sector Head – Financial Services
Mr. Nigel Romano joined the group in July 2011 and was appointed as the Sector Head for Financial Services in August 2011. He holds a B.Sc. in Management Studies and an M.Sc. in accounting from the University of the West Indies and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).
Prior to joining the Group, Nigel was the CFO for Citibank’s franchise in the Philippines from 2008 and from 1996 held a variety of senior finance and operational management positions with Citibank in the Far East including Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Singapore including regional responsibility for planning and analysis, controllership and shared services.
Prior to Citibank, which he joined in 1988 as Country Financial Controller for the franchise in Trinidad & Tobago, he spent nine years in public accounting with KPMG. Nigel left Citibank in 1994 to join Ernst & Young in Trinidad as Tax and Corporate Finance Partner.
Nigel has served as a member of Council of ICATT, Chairman of ICATT's Finance & Administration Committee and Vice-Chairman of its Taxation Committee. He is also a former Vice President Trade & Investment of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago and has served on the boards of Trinidad Cement Limited, the Port Authority of Trinidad & Tobago, the Singapore American School, the International School of Port of Spain, the International School Manila, Inc., and the Patrons of Queen’s Hall. He was also the President of the Expatriate Council of the St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Parish in Hong Kong.
Nigel loves reading, running and hiking. He is married with three children. |

Teresa White Group Human Resource Director
Teresa White has extensive experience of strategic human resource management, organisational transformation and change management. She has successfully led her own independent regional consulting practice and her client base spans the major energy sector companies, notable financial sector players, professional services and regional telecommunication companies. Prior to this, she held posts as a Senior Management Consultant at Ernst & Young, the Group Human Resource Manager at ANSA Mc AL Ltd and the Senior Manager of Change Management at the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago.
Teresa is also active in human resource and employee relations matters at the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry & Commerce and the South Trinidad Chamber of Industry & Commerce. She has represented the former on the Vision 20:20 Labour & Industrial Relations Sub-Committee, on the Minimum Wages Board and on the Police Service Commission Monitoring Group. She sits on the Council of the South Trinidad Chamber and is their representative on the Industrial Relations Tri-partite Committee at the Ministry of Labour. She has recently joined the Board of the Family Planning Association of Trinidad & Tobago. | |

Andrew N Sabga Director/ Sector Head - Brewing/Chairman, Carib Brewery Limited
Andrew Sabga is the Sector Head–Beverage for the ANSA McAL Group of Companies. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Development Company Limited from August 2003 to April 2007.
Mr. Sabga has over twenty years of industry experience in the Manufacturing Sector of the Group, having previously held senior managerial positions at Carib Brewery Limited, as well as directorships at Carib Glassworks Ltd, Caribbean Development Co Ltd, Carib Brewery Ltd and Trinidad Match Ltd. He was the former Chairman of Alstons Marketing Co. Ltd., and is currently the Chairman of Carib Brewery Ltd, Grenada Breweries Ltd, Carib Brewery (St Kitts & Nevis) Ltd and Carib Glassworks Ltd.
He is a Director of ANSA McAL Limited and the newly appointed President of the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
He holds an MBA, Marketing from the University of Miami and a B.Sc. – B.A. Marketing / Finance from Boston University.

Ray A. Sumairsingh Director/Sector Head - Automotive
Ray Sumairsingh - MBA (Finance), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), holds directorships on several ANSA McAL boards including ANSA McAL Limited (Parent Board), TATIL, TATIL Life Assurance Ltd and Consolidated Finance Ltd (Barbardos). He is also the Chairman of Brydens Insurance Inc and is Deputy Chairman of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited. Mr. Sumairsingh is a former Director of the Unit Trust Corporation. He presided as President of the Insurance Association of the Caribbean (IAC) and currently holds directorship with the Association as well as the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange. A former President of the Association of Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Companies (ATTIC), Mr. Sumairsingh continues to be a very active Director on ATTIC’s Board.

Nicholas V. Mouttet Director/ President and Chief Executive Officer of the ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd
Effective August 1st, 2011, Mr. Mouttet assumed the post of President and Chief Executive Officer of the ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd. Group of Companies.
Previously, he held the positions of Group Marketing Manager at the Bermudez Group Limited, and General Manager of Bermudez Biscuit Company before joining the ANSA McAL Group in 2003. He is the former Managing Director of Abel Building Solutions (ABS) Group of Companies, the third largest subsidiary in the Group, comprising 5 divisions in the manufacturing and construction sectors and employing approximately 700 people. His leadership at ABS allowed for the successful commissioning and pay back of two of the largest block plants in the region and the world and the award of the largest supply contract in the Trinidad and Tobago's history valued at BDS $67,000 (TT $200 Million).
Mr. Mouttet previously held the position of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager for the Caribbean for Nabisco and Kraft International and has over 16 years experience in marketing and sales regionally. He has over the years developed a strong background in development, implementation and/or restructuring of sales and distribution systems, and has a proven track record in new product development and launch execution, with special emphasis on the Caribbean marketplace. Mr. Mouttet holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Florida International University.

José Nivet Sector Head - Distribution
José Nivet joined the ANSA McAL group in June 1979 and was appointed Head of the Distribution Sector in May 2007. Prior to this appointment José served as a Divisional Director and subsequently Managing Director of AMCO.
The subsidiaries under his chairmanship include AMCO (Trinidad), ANSA McAL Trading (Guyana), and in Barbados; Brydens Distribution, Stokes & Bynoe and A&R Tempro. He also represents the group as Director on the Boards of Bryden & Minors in Grenada, Bryden & Partners in St. Lucia and A.S. Bryden and Sons in Antigua.

Frances Bain-Cumberbatch Group Corporate Secretary/ Head of Legal
An Attorney-at-Law, Frances Bain-Cumberbatch is the Group Corporate Secretary of the ANSA McAL Group. Prior to joining the ANSA McAL Group, Bain worked at J.D. Sellier & Co. as an Advocate Attorney-at-Law. She gained invaluable practical knowledge and experience in several areas of law including Intellectual Property, Corporate/ Commercial and Industrial Relations.
She holds a BA Double Major in French and Spanish from UWI, St. Augustine, a LLB from University of London and a Legal Education Certificate from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School.
