Gerry C. Brooks Chief Operating Officer
An Attorney-at-Law, Gerry Brooks is the Group Chief Operating Officer of the ANSA McAL Group. Educated in the Caribbean and North America, he is also the holder of an MBA, Columbia University, (Dean’s Honour Roll).
Chairman of Carib Glassworks Ltd., Deputy Chairman of the Caribbean Court of Justice Trust Fund, he holds several additional directorships in the Group including ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd., Tatil and Tatil Life, Caribbean Roof Tile Company, ANSA Merchant Bank and is a member of the ANSA McAL Group Parent Board and Executive Committee.
Mr. Brooks is Chairman of the Family Planning Association and a Director of the University of the West Indies Press Board.
He is a past Rotary President and former member of the Police Service Commission. He has also served on several Cabinet appointed committees. He is a past student of Queen’s Royal College. | |

Anthony N. Sabga, CMT, Hon LL.D (UWI) Chairman Emeritus
Anthony N. Sabga, CMT is the former Chairman of ANSA McAL Limited. He is the founder of the ANSA Group and is Chairman of several companies in both Groups. In 1998 Mr. Sabga was awarded the Trinidad and Tobago Chaconia Medal (Gold) for entrepreneurship and business. In October of the same year he was named Master Entrepreneur at the annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year awards ceremony and later that month he was the recipient of a Doctor of Laws degree, Honoris Causa, from the University of the West Indies.
In 2002 Mr. Sabga was recognized as an Icon of the Nation for being one of the country's Thinkers, Movers and Shapers. | |

David Inglefield Director/President CEO, ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd
David Inglefield was appointed President & CEO, ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited in June 2007. Mr. Inglefield first joined the ANSA McAL Group as Group Marketing Director and in 2005 was appointed the Group’s Distribution Sector Head. He is a Parent Board Director and a member of the Head Office Executive Committee.
In his role as Distribution Sector Head he chaired the Boards of Alstons Marketing Co (Trinidad), Stokes & Bynoe, A&R Tempro and Brydens Distribution (Barbados), ANSA McAL Trading (Guyana) and DCI Miami Inc (USA).
He also served as a Board Member of Trinidad Publishing Company Ltd, Carib Brewery Ltd, Brydens & Minors Ltd (Grenada), A.S. Brydens & Sons (Antigua), Brydens & Partners Ltd (St Lucia) and Trimart Inc. Barbados.
Educated in Trinidad and the United Kingdom Mr. Inglefield joined ANSA McAL after a career in Advertising that spanned 34 years during which he founded his own agency Inglefield Ogilvy in 1993. A past President of the Advertising Agency Association of T&T elected on four occasions, served as Secretary to the Caribbean Council of Advertising Agencies, a member of the Advertising Standards Authority and the Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards, Codes & Ethics Committee.
Mr. Inglefield lectured 3rd year Communication Arts students at the University of the West Indies at the St. Augustine Campus and has been an active Board member of Youth Business of T&T (The Prince’s Trust) from inception. A guest speaker at numerous seminars and workshops on Marketing, Public Relations and Strategic Brand Building. | |

Ray A. Sumairsingh Director/Sector Head- Financial Services
Ray Sumairsingh - MBA (Finance), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), holds directorships on several ANSA McAL boards including ANSA McAL Limited, TATIL, TATIL Life Assurance Ltd and Consolidated Finance Ltd (Barbardos). He is also the Chairman of Brydens Insurance Inc and is Deputy Chairman of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited.

Andrew N. Sabga Director /Sector Head - Brewing
Andrew Sabga is the Sector Head – Beverage for the ANSA McAL Group of Companies. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Development Company Limited from August 2003 to April 2007.
Mr. Sabga has over twenty years of industry experience in the Manufacturing Sector of the Group, having previously held senior managerial positions at Carib Brewery Limited, as well as directorships at Carib Glassworks Ltd, Caribbean Development Co Ltd, Carib Brewery Ltd and Trinidad Match Ltd. He was the former Chairman of Alstons Marketing Co. Ltd., and is currently the Chairman of Carib Brewery Ltd, Grenada Breweries Ltd, Carib Brewery (St Kitts & Nevis) Ltd and Carib Glassworks Ltd.
He is a Director and Senior Vice President of the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce and was recently appointed a Director of the Parent Board of ANSA McAL Limited
He holds an MBA, Marketing from the University of Miami and a B.Sc. – B.A. Marketing / Finance from Boston University. | |

Aneal Maharaj Director/ Group Finance Director
Mr Aneal Maharaj was appointed as the Group Finance Director in February 2008. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has over 20 years experience in the energy sector and business advisory.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Maharaj was the Vice President, Finance at BHP Billiton and has held a variety of senior finance and planning positions with BP, AMOCO and Deloitte & Touche, in Trinidad, the UK and USA.
Mr Maharaj, a former island scholarship winner, has served as a member of Council of ICATT, as Chairman of ICATT's Taxation Committee and a former member of the Energy Committee of the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce.(IAC). | |

Mr. W. David Clarke, MA (Cambridge), is an Attorney-at-Law and is one of the Senior Partners at JD Sellier & Co. He is most involved with corporate and commercial transactions, conveyancing, mortgage, debenture and other security instruments, loan agreements, international finance transactions, insurance law, petroleum, gas and oil law, environmental law, joint venture transactions, land development schemes, admiralty matters, civil litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Clarke is a member of the Group's Audit Committee. Mr. Clarke has represented Trinidad and Tobago on a regular basis in contract bridge over the past 25 years. | |

Imtiaz Rahaman Director
Imtiaz Rahaman is the Chief Executive Officer of Ramco Industries Limited, Olympic Manufacturing Limited, Industrial Gases Limited (Jamaica) and Cedi Holdings Limited. He also holds Directorships on the Boards of Rahamut Enterprises Limited, Rahamut Service Stations Limited, Rahamut Motor Supplies Limited, Olympic Security Services Limited, Caribbean Metal Industries Limited and Bourse Securities Limited.
Mr. Rahaman obtained his Bachelors of Science (Civil Engineering) from the University College University of London where he was the recipient of the Chadwic Prize for Academic Excellence. He graduated from MIT with a Masters in Civil Engineering and Business Administration. Teresa White Director
Teresa White has extensive experience of strategic human resource management, organisational transformation and change management. She has successfully led her own independent regional consulting practice and her client base spans the major energy sector companies, notable financial sector players, professional services and regional telecommunication companies. Prior to this, she held posts as a Senior Management Consultant at Ernst & Young, the Group Human Resource Manager at ANSA Mc AL Ltd and the Senior Manager of Change Management at the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago.
Teresa is also active in human resource and employee relations matters at the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry & Commerce and the South Trinidad Chamber of Industry & Commerce. She has represented the former on the Vision 20:20 Labour & Industrial Relations Sub-Committee, on the Minimum Wages Board and on the Police Service Commission Monitoring Group. She sits on the Council of the South Trinidad Chamber and is their representative on the Industrial Relations Tri-partite Committee at the Ministry of Labour. She has recently joined the Board of the Family Planning Association of Trinidad & Tobago. | |

Anthony E. Phillip Director
MrAnthony E Phillip, is the Chairman of West Indian Tobacco and Government Information Services Limited (GISL). He was the Managing Director/Deputy Chairman prior to his retirement in 2006, after 33 years of service at West Indian Tobacco. During this period he completed secondments to British American Tobacco, Kenya and British American Tobacco, Malawi where he held the position of Chairman and Managing Director. Mr. Phillip began his career as an Industrial Chemist at Caroni Limited, holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (UWI) and has had substantial training and work experience in Reputation Management, Corporate Social Reporting, in addition to core disciplines of Consumer Marketing and Operations Management. |

Judy Y. Chang CMT Director
Mrs Judy Y Chang is a chartered accountant and retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1997.She served on the Board of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago from 1987 to 1993 and was chairman of its audit committee; Director of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, 1988 - 1993; Chairman of the Unit Trust Corporation, 1997 – 2002; First Financial Services Ombudsman, 2003 – 2008; Chairman of the Company Law Reform Committee for Trinidad and Tobago that resulted in the enactment of the Companies Act 1995 to regulate commerce in Trinidad and Tobago; recipient of the national Chaconia medal in 1999 for business.
Presently she is a Trustee of the Anglican Church, member of Council and Chairman of its Board of Finance; member of the Board of Bishop Anstey High School; Director of the Ansa McAl Foundation; member of the newly constituted Board of Colonial Life Insurance Company (Trinidad) Limited (CLICO) and its associated companies, Home Construction Limited and Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) Limited.

Frances Bain-Cumberbatch Group Corporate Secretary
An Attorney-at-Law, Frances Bain-Cumberbatch is the Group Corporate Secretary of the ANSA McAL Group. Prior to joining the ANSA McAL Group, Bain worked at J.D. Sellier & Co. as an Advocate Attorney-at-Law. She gained invaluable practical knowledge and experience in several areas of law including Intellectual Property, Corporate/ Commercial and Industrial Relations.
She holds a BA Double Major in French and Spanish from UWI, St. Augustine, a LLB from University of London and a Legal Education Certificate from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School.
