NGO Eligibility

NGOs wishing to apply as an authorised agency may do so by completing an "Application Form" and submitting same to the Board of The Guardian Neediest Cases Fund for approval.

Once approval is granted the NGO will then be given an "Application for Assistance" form to complete for the needy person/persons. You may download the Application for Assistance Form by clicking the link below:
