Job Summary: 

• Primarily responsible for developing/ maintaining both new and current business portfolios in all areas of the bank – Asset financing; Wealth management; Investments; Treasury Services & Merchant Banking. Supports and backs up the Head of department as required.

Job Description:

• Originate & maintain both new and current business in all bank-related products with core focus on asset finance, investments and treasury services. Ensure aggressive targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to prospective customers and establish cordial working relationships with salespeople at the dealership and office environs to foster overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all new proposals are speedily prepared, reviewed and processed and/or declined.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Bank’s loan products/services and policies in order to respond to inquiries/concerns/or complaints.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and report any unusual occurrences or fraudulent activity to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager from time to time.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related studies
• Minimum of 2 years’ banking experience in credit analysis and lending or equivalent combination of qualification and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
• Ability to use initiative and work independently.
• Good Analytical and Marketing Skills
