Job Summary:
- The Digitization Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital transformation initiatives. This position involves analyzing existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and actively contributing to the digitization of company assets and operations. The Digitization Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders from diverse departments to optimize operations using digital technologies, fostering efficiency and innovation.
Job Description:
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend opportunities for digitization that improve efficiency and effectiveness by identifying areas within the organization where digital solutions can optimize operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by implementing digitization strategies that align with business goals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digitization projects, such as scanning, data capture, and data conversion activities to ensure the successful implementation of digitization projects according to established timelines and objective and digitize company assets and data, enabling more streamlined and accessible information management.
- Develop digitalization solutions to automate business processes to create automation tools and systems to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity to achieve operational efficiency through the automation of key business processes.
- Collaborate with business departments to integrate digital solutions seamlessly into existing operations by fostering a smooth transition to digitized processes within various departments.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of digitization efforts from establishing measurable criteria to evaluate the impact of digitization projects.
- Evaluate the usability and functionality of digital assets, suggesting areas for improvement by identifying areas where digital assets and tools can be enhanced for better user experience to continuously improve digital assets.
- Work closely with external vendors and consultants, as required, to achieve digitization goals from leveraging external expertise and resources to support digitization projects.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digitization by staying updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to remain competitive and adopt innovative digitization strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff members in adopting new digital tools and processes by equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively utilize digital solutions.
- Perform all other relevant duties as assigned by the Sector IT Manager/Business Applications Lead to ensure optimum operation of the business.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Degree in ICT, Business Management, Data Analytics, Project Management
- 3 years in a similar position
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment situation.
- Proficient in SharePoint (Intermediate) and Microsoft Power Platform (Intermediate)
- University level Mathematics and Algorithms
- Innovative and Creative Problem Solving
- Technical acumen and basic troubleshooting skills
- Business Process Automation and Optimization
- Object oriented programming in Python, Java, or C++
