Job Summary:
As the Group HR Coordinator, you will be required to deliver efficient, high-quality operational and administrative support. Your role is crucial in achieving organizational objectives and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes in collaboration with the Group Talent Team.
Job Description:
- Administer and coordinate the recruitment and selection processes for Head Office employees. This includes conducting interviews, performing reference checks and facilitating orientations.
- Prepare and review job descriptions, specifications, and performance standards to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding and separation processes for employees, ensuring seamless transitions and full compliance with legislation and company policy.
- Proactively administer and streamline the performance management system, including KPIs, probationary reviews, and performance appraisals for Head Office personnel.
- Assist managers and executives in preparing salary reviews for new or existing Head Office staff and employees in critical leadership roles.
- Effectively maintain and update employee databases, salary spreadsheets, organizational charts, and other HR records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support executive and group reporting needs, including headcount reports and comparator analyses.
- Streamline and support HR initiatives, special projects, and events, such as executive medicals, summer internships, group orientation, and other employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR guidance and support to Head Office and Sector employees, adhering to established HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Support and streamline internal and external training initiatives, including preparing relevant documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Education and Experience:
- Must possess a Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Leadership, or MBA will be an asset.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in supporting C-Suite and executive-level functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
