Job Summary:

The Group IT Audit Manager will oversee and execute assurance, consulting, and special projects within the ANSA McAL Group of Companies. This role will ensure timely completion of IT audit projects, provide insightful recommendations, and supervise a dedicated team of IT auditors.

Job Description:

The Group IT Audit Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning and Execution: Establishing an annual IT internal audit plan and ensuring timely completion of IT audit projects.
• Reporting: Providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations to management and Audit and Risk Committees.
• Monitoring: Overseeing the implementation of management actions based on IT audit recommendations.
• Team Supervision: Coaching and evaluating IT audit staff to achieve audit objectives and maintain high-quality standards.

General Duties:

• Evaluate IT audit areas, establish objectives, and design audit programs.
• Ensure IT audit objectives are met and reports are well-supported.
• Maintain and improve the IT risk assessment process for all subsidiaries.
• Schedule and ensure compliance with departmental policies for IT audit engagements.
• Prepare and present written audit reports.
• Advise on control best practices to minimize risks and enhance efficiency.
• Optimize the Internal Control Framework aligning IT risks to control objectives.
• Monitor action plan implementation from IT audit assignments.
• Facilitate external audit reliance on IT matters through effective communication.
• Review and appraise IT and operational controls in line with COBIT standards.
• Share IT expertise with the Internal Audit team and coach on projects.
• Support IT implementations through pre- and post-conversion audits.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Professional certification (CISA, CISSP, CISM).
• University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT auditing or information security, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in auditing and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) and SQL or MS Access.
• Experience with auditing software such as Dynamics 365, T24, or NetSuite is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, AI, and Automation is a plus.
