ANSA McAL Limited is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our team in maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and is eager to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, including background checks and orientation.
• Monitor employee training and development programs.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
• Prepare and execute reports related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Assist in employee recognition programs and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and employee engagement events ensuring seamless operations.
• Inventory and stock taking.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment and on-boarding activities for the group.
• Assist the talent development team with the roll out of development programs and training for the Group.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Industrial Relation laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to an HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
