Job Summary
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns for ANSA Coatings Limited consistent with Ansa McAl Group of Companies policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring that the brands in ANSA Coatings Ltd. maintain/ achieve market leadership and equity growth.
Job Functions:
- Receive strategic brand plans from the Sector Marketing Manager / Sector Brand Manager and then prepare, implement, assess, and report on the ANSA Coatings Marketing Plan to ensure strategic objectives are met, and that brand positions are maintained/ improved.
- Develop, evaluate and report on the annual marketing plan for ANSA Coatings Ltd. consistent with the approved Sector strategic plan and AOP Plan including managing the relationship with external suppliers, to ensure the delivery of above the line strategy and relevant social media content delivering on reach, frequency and engagement targets
- Implement all Marketing and Trade Marketing plans OTIF.
- Coordinate completion and reporting on the results of consumer, channel and competitor research activities through the Trade Marketing Team, to guarantee the identification of relevant consumer insights, understand and respond to channel needs and develop marketing plans and strategies.
- Create and monitor the A&P budget for Marketing and Trade Marketing by platform ensuring that all spend is aligned to target audience and the overall marketing plan.
- Drive the performance of each brand by monitoring, coaching, assessing direct reports so that the department meets all strategic objectives including those related to volume, market share and equity growth.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by your management line to ensure the effective operation of the department.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Five years’ experience in marketing development, product management and product delivery.
- Experience in Digital and Traditional Media.
- Experience with intranet writing, publishing and various employee communications channels.
- Experience with project management software would be an asset.
- Flexible and results oriented.
- Mature in approach to work and the working environment.
- Keeps up to date with current events.
- Good networking skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
