Job Summary:
The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Showroom’s operations in accordance with overall company policy.

Job Description:

  • Support the Showroom Manager by:
    • Opening and closing the showroom while ensuring security.
    • Receiving and delivering goods, checking for damages and salability.
    • Maintaining stock and ensuring proper packing of goods.
    • Ordering necessary items for showroom operations.
    • Merchandising products effectively.
    • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Implement and monitor sales plans to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and price tags are updated.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions for staff training.
  • Supervise sales staff to optimize customer sales, offering alternative options and advice on styles and colors.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring follow-ups on service issues.
  • Vet Hire Purchase contracts for accuracy.
  • Act as a relief cashier when needed and assist in cash control management.
  • Help manage inventory and conduct stock checks for accuracy.
  • Represent the Manager in their absence.
  • Adhere to health, safety, security, and environmental policies.
  • Comply with Group processes outlined in the ANSA McAL Blue Book.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership/Supervisory Management training is a plus.
  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
