Water Treatment Service Technician

Job Summary
To provide technical customer support to customers utilizing AMCL’s Water Treatment Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all activities listed in the service plan for each customer and respond to unscheduled service requests.
- Install, maintain and repair all equipment for water treatment programs.
- Collect water samples, test water quality, and adjust chemical levels according to application needs
- Maintaining accurate records and detailed service reports; submit all service reports in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
- Management of customer stock based on consumption requirements.
- Resolve mechanical/electrical problems to support uptime of client equipment.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate health, safety, security and environmental policies/ procedures.
- Performs all other relevant duties as required to ensure optimum operation of the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- EEET/ MET/MEET
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
