Position: Project Coordinator

Summary: The Project Coordinator role provides project management, operational, and administrative support to the sponsor, project manager and project team. The role will focus on specific deliverables, parts of projects, and/or sub-projects with scheduling, organizing, data gathering, progress updating, recordkeeping, and reporting. The Project Coordinator will make project reports presentation-ready, to ease the burden on the project manager to validate and harmonize communications.
Job Description: Reporting on status of existing projects. Scheduling future project work and resource-levelling work plans. Attendance at various steering committee meetings as required, along with administrative support for recordkeeping and follow-up with both attendees and non-attendees. Ensuring the timely entry and updating of data by project team members. Validating project reporting before alerting project managers and sponsors of its availability. Coordinating various events in terms of facility, invitation, equipment and other logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science and/or project management, with 3 years’ equivalent work experience.
- At least ten (10) years’ relevant work experience of which three (3) to Five (5) years should be in a change leadership role.
