Position: Training Coordinator – contract

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans and training programs for teams and individuals with the goal of strengthening the company’s competency levels.

Job Description:

  • Complete training needs assessment for existing employees
  • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
  • Create company training matrix
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Assist with the development of the annual Training and Development Plans for improved employee performance and productivity; including the review of PA results as part of skills gap analysis
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Maintain employee training records in compliance with all ISO 9001 standards
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.

Qualification: 

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field.
  • At least seven (3) years’ experience in a similar
