Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence Manager manages data governance and integrity across all business systems, and partners with internal stakeholders to bring balance workflows to business applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present analysis and recommendations to business partners
• Create a data automation plan for BI initiatives
• Lead and develop talent of a group of business analysts
• Develop and enhance data governance models for our data and information
• Oversee all data exchanges with outsourcers and suppliers to ensure the appropriate data is extracted on a timely basis
• Evangelize existing solutions and data resources
• Assist business users to mine existing data and information sources
• Work with the various lines of business to gather data and reporting requirements
• Provide advice to clients on how their new or changing business strategies will impact new business solutions or existing systems
• Develop programs to analyze new data trends that will provide insight into business and operational goals

Requirements:

• BSc in Social Science or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI (Intermediate)
