JOB SUMMARY

The Van Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing van sales transfers carried out by Van Sales Representatives, preparing reports, filing and performing duties of a general nature according to established procedures.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Processing of Stock Transfers and confirmation of Dispatch
• Credit Approvals applications (Credit Control)
• password generation
• Daily sales progression updates (Service level reports)
• Daily Dispatch and Attendance report
• GPS reports. Review of daily time in an out of route trucks.
• Sales Reports related to Van Sales
• Opening of Vaults on the return of route trucks
• Any other duties related to van sales

The incumbent must also possess:

Ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully
Computer literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
