Position: Sales Manager

ANSA Motors Barbados has a vacancy for an experienced Sales Manager who can plan, execute, and oversee automotive sales and promotional activities effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations in the sales department such as hiring and training sales staff, achieving sales targets and leading a high-performance sales team.

Direct responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals in addition to preparing sales budgets and managing expenditures
  • Developing and managing sales promotions and campaigns and coordinating all sales activities
  • Reporting and analyzing monthly sales performance versus key performance indicators
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding company products and services
  • Planning and advising on the hiring and training of new team members
  • Making date-informed decisions to drive performance and growth in a highly competitive market

Capability and Expertise:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
  • Business degree or equivalent sales and marketing certification
  • Direct experience in retail management will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Customer first mindset, service oriented and responsive.
