ANSA McAL recognises that certain competencies are critical for its success and as such, invests in programme-based training for its employees.

Sponsored Programmes include work placements, such as international placements & on-the-job training. Sponsorship includes the full cost of the sponsored programme (tuition, training materials, accommodations, travel, subsistence).

Executive Masters in Business Administration Programme (EMBA): Our employees’ future and development is very important to us. We at ANSA McAL have partnered with the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business to develop our own tailor-made EMBA Programme. This program is primarily designed for ANSA McAL to educate experienced executives and managers who are interested in pursuing an advanced degree. The purpose of this two-year part-time programme is to develop the ANSA McAL Management Team to:

Post-MBA Programme: In conjunction with our EMBA Programme, our Post-MBA Programme is tailor made for our ANSA McAL executives and managers who already possess their Masters in Business Administration. With this Programme, they are exposed to customised courses and projects which are in alignment with ANSA McAL’s vision and mission.
