Mechanical services, valve repairs, testing and preventative maintenance are vital to the efficiency of most industrial processes and can ensure both product quality and a company’s responsibility to the environment. Without these services, a worn and leaking valve could end up costing far more than the price of its own replacement. ANSA Technologies Ltd can repair, test, spec paint and/or recondition the vast majority of all makes, types and sizes of industrial valves, including safety valves, using skills and experience acquired over many years in accordance to API 6A/API 6D and ISO Standard. This division provides electrical & electronic instrumentation equipment and construction, engineering & application design of pneumatic systems, control systems installation and commissioning. We also do calibration and routine maintenance of all our installations, as well as, third party installations. Our workforce is competent in high, medium and low voltage installations (transformers, switchgears etc.). As a team, we can execute minor civil and mechanical tasks as required by the job.
