The ideal candidate would have a good understanding of the Real Estate market and or the Used Car market be confidence, personable, professional and persistent, with a proven track record of success in selling.
Responsibilities
Secure sales of this new and exciting product range by establishing a ‘ win/ win’ relationships sales approach.
Establish a viable customer base, as well as continue to grow this base to guarantee continuous growth in sales.
Research each customer’s need and be able to make winning presentations to secure the sale.
Understand the nuances of the newspaper and online marketing, to penetrate the market thereby facilitating this individual to meet/exceed sales targets.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Issue sales orders and ensure all payments are collected.
Maintain company core values.
Qualifications and/or Experience
Confident/ Personable / Professional and Persistent
Experience in sales
A minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math and English
Demonstrate good time management skills.
