Scope: 

Strategic leadership in designing and implementing strategic value added HR initiatives, including succession planning, consistent with corporate goals and objectives.
 
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

Social Sciences Degree with expertise in Human Resources including Industrial Relations.

These  Executive/Senior positions require candidates with a minimum of three (3) years experience at a Senior Management level in the financial services industry.
