ANSA McAL Limited has acquired a stake in the dynamic Bahamian Brewery & Beverage Company Limited (BBB), a Bahamian-owned brewery and non-alcoholic beverage producer.

BBB is a fully integrated company, that produces 9 brands and distributes several global beer brands throughout the Bahamas.

Carib Brewery, is the leading independent brewer in the Caribbean with a superior and consistent portfolio across 33 countries. The Bahamian Brewery will produce beverages from CARIB Brewery’s world-class manufacturing facility and robust route-to-market system.

The partnership aligns with ANSA McAL’s group CEO, Anthony Sabga III’s strategy of driving the growth of the beverage brand globally. The Bahamian Brewery also wants to create value while setting up for a new growth phase which is an experience that we have.
