This key position will be responsible for gaining and maintaining distribution, placements, market development, sales, account management, account specific promotions and events. Critical to the position will be gaining and maintaining territory footprint, optimize current location network and enhance store sales. Candidates must be able to lead cross functional alignment and collaboration between departments of the Company. Experience in placing consumer products in retail businesses, driving growth and increased sales in this area is important to demonstrating measurable improvements and strong return on investments and marketing dollar spent.
The successful candidate must possess the following minimum requirements:
- BSc Marketing or equivalent.
- Five (5) years sales and accounts management experience.
- Expertise in wines and spirits is a must.
- Strong leadership capability
- Excellent sales and personal selling skills
