Chief Financial Officer

  We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate for this Executive level position within one of our major subsidiaries. The candidate will report to the Managing Director.

  As a key member of the leadership team, he/she will drive the business forward whilst ensuring the highest level of financial integrity.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  The successful candidate will plan and formulate company strategy and make interventions into the business as required. They will enforce a robust financial governance framework with strong systems of internal control and optimize the use of financial resources to deliver efficiency and maximize profitability.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  The CFO will also be expected to manage levels of working capital and minimize the potential for write-offs and provisions. They will also be expected to effectively manage and develop the human capital within the Finance Department.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  The successful candidate will have a very strong educational background in Finance and Accounting, ideally with an MBA, and have at least 10 years experience in a senior Finance role. 
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  He/she will also have a proven track record of leading people and projects within a commercial environment.
