Direct Sales Supervisor
DIRECT SALES SUPERVISOR
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for members of the Direct Sales Team
- Ensure that members of the Direct Sales Team have the tools, equipment and materials required for the job
- Coach, mentor and train members of the Direct Sales Team
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and/or surpassed
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports
- Attend regular sales meetings
Qualification and/or Experience:
Critical:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or the equivalent experience
- 5 years Sales experience
- 3 years Supervisory experience
- Possess a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Important:
- Candidate must be a goal oriented self-starter
- Skilled in Customer Focused selling and account management
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Media experience would be an asset though not essential
