Direct Sales Supervisor





Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for members of the Direct Sales Team

  • Ensure that members of the Direct Sales Team have the tools, equipment and materials required for the job

  • Coach, mentor and train members of the Direct Sales Team

  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and/or surpassed

  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports

  • Attend regular sales meetings


Qualification and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or the equivalent experience

  • 5 years Sales experience

  • 3 years Supervisory experience

  • Possess a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


  • Candidate must be a goal oriented self-starter

  • Skilled in Customer Focused selling and account management

  • Ability to build strong client relationships

  • Media experience would be an asset though not essential
