Executive Administrative Assistant – ANSA Technologies


 


JOB SUMMARY


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, the Chief Financial Officer and members of the Finance department whilst ensuring confidentiality is maintained in the execution of duties.


 


KEY DUTIES:




  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer and members of the Finance department.


  • Complete the monthly Chief Financial Officer’s report. Ensure that all monthly reports are forwarded to Corporate Head Office by the due dates.


  • Responsible for the monthly recording of proceedings at Board meetings and the compilation of minutes and action list.


  • Responsible for the monthly compilation and distribution of Board papers. This involves working closely with Business Unit Managers.


  • Preparation of Letters of Credit applications, relevant letters to Bankers, establishment of LC, amendments, acceptance of discrepancies, payment on Letters of Credit and general follow up.


  • Prepare all relevant correspondence for credit applications to Bankers and business references; maintain credit application file, monitor / follow up to ensure timely responses and credit approval as deemed necessary.

 


KNOWLEDEGE/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS




  • At least five (5) O’Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.


  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.


  • Minimum five years experience in a related field.


  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles will be an asset.


  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Self motivated, able to work without supervision and the ability to meet stringent reporting
    deadlines.


  • Ability to work as a team player.
