The Group now requires leadership in progressing the implementation of an HRIS system, providing support and on-going maintenance and enhancement of key HR applications. The successful candidate (Project Management/IT designate) will establish and maintain a common database of critical information on the Group human resources, facilitating Strategic HR initiatives such as ‘Talent Management and Succession Planning’ and on-the-ball operational decisions. Sound Project Management/IT and HR skills will be necessary to meet this challenge. Additionally expertise in the management of multiple projects will be required to execute roll-out to subsidiaries.
