Job scope:

We are seeking to recruit an accomplished HR Management professional within the Manufacturing Sector.

The Human Resources Manager will report to the Managing Director and take responsibility for a workforce of men and women with varying competencies, ensuring the highest levels of productivity and implementing strategies to motivate and protect employees.  The HR Manager will develop, implement and manage HR solutions and provide strong organizational management in a dynamic company. 

Candidates must be creative in thinking and superior in communicating and will be required to utilize your expertise to ensure the attainment of the company’s human resource goals and objectives.

Qualifications and experience:

The right person for the job must have Post Graduate qualifications and at least five (5) years experience in human resources management at a senior level with proven expertise in Organizational development.
