The Group’s growth and expansion necessitates the attraction and retention of key talent contributing to a conducive work environment.  As such this key management position will provide significant strategic leadership and management of the Group’s Human Capital in a dynamic and diverse environment.  He/she will have as a key mandate the visioning, design and implementation of strategic value added HR initiatives consistent with the Company’s goals and objectives.
  
The HR Manager will be expected to design, develop and implement systems relative to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee development and training, within the framework of overall company policy and advise on Industrial Relations and other related Human Resource matters and provide effective leadership and line management process consultation.  Relevant Human Resources post graduate qualifications combined with at least five (5) years experience in a similar position are essential.
