We are pleased to announce the appointment of Adam N. Sabga as the Group Chief Operating Officer, ANSA McAL Limited effective 16th June 2025.
This designation recognises Adam as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. He will drive enterprise-wide operational excellence and support the execution of the Group’s diversified strategy across sectors. He will also be responsible for ensuring that all operational pillars are robust, agile, and aligned with the Group’s corporate Vision and Values, and delivering value to shareholders, customers, employees, and communities across the region.
Adam has held several important roles with ANSA McAL over the past 17 years, such as the Group Chief Performance Officer, ANSA McAL Limited; General Manager of ABEL Building Solutions; Managing Director of Standard Distributors Limited, and Sector Head – Construction.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies and an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. We are confident that he will contribute significantly to the Group’s operations and growth agenda during a critical chapter in our evolution.
