We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jane Wight as General Manager – ANSA Motors Barbados effective January 2, 2025. In this role, Ms Wight will be entrusted with the overall management and operation of ANSA Motors Barbados. She will report directly to the Sector Head, Automotive.

Ms. Wight brings with her seventeen (17) years of experience in local, regional, and multinational companies across various sectors including but not limited to Banking, Manufacturing, Media, & Distribution. An expert in transformational leadership, Ms. Wight combines her multi-industry experience with strong communication, negotiation, and strategy management skills, making her ideally suited to lead our efforts as we expand and strengthen our presence in Barbados.

She holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, University of the West Indies, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph in Canada. Currently, she serves as a Board Member of the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers’ Association. She has also previously been a Board Member of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago and a former member of the Employment & Labour Relations Committee at the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry & Commerce.
