Penta Paints Caribbean Ltd signed a sub-distribution agreement with Integra Protective Coatings Ltd at the ANSA McAL head office at the Tatil Building on Maraval Road in Port-of-Spain yesterday. Signing the agreements are Integra Protective Coatings’ Managing Director, Lisa Dowden (from left), ANSA McAL’s Chief Operating Officer, Gerry Brooks and Penta Paints Managing Director, Derek De Caires. At right is Penta Paints Consultant Roger Gillezeau and standing is ANSA McAL’s Corporate Attorney, Sean Griffith.
Penta Paints Caribbean Limited, a subsidiary of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies, held the signing of a sub-distribution agreement with Integra Protective Coatings Limited.
This event took place on Wednesday 19th January, 2011 at the ANSA McAL Head Office. The agreement allows Integra Protective Coatings to sell the International Brand of Paints which include Protective Coatings and Marine Coatings.
Present at the signing were Mr. Gerry Brooks, Chief Operating Officer – ANSA McAL Limited; Mr. Derek De Caires, Managing Director – Penta Paints; Roger Gillezeau, Consultant – Penta Paints; Ms. Lisa Dowden, Managing Director – Integra Protective Coatings, Mr. Sean Griffith, Corporate Attorney – ANSA McAL Limited and members of the Integra Sales Team – Joshua Madoo, Anil Maraj and Denesh Mahabir.
AkzoNobel, the manufacturers of International Brand of Paints was approached by Penta Paints and discussions were held leading to the signing of a distribution agreement at the end of 2010.
These products are aimed mainly at the oil and gas sector, downstream industries from the oil and gas, the offshore marine market and commercial vessels.
