Fay-Ann Lyons-Alvarez gets a congratulatory handshake from Vibe CT 105FM  Brand Manager Jenny Francois

Last Thursday, Trinidad and Tobago’s  Road March Queen Fay-Ann Lyons-Alvarez recieved  the keys to a brand new, loaded  2008 Mitsubishi Lancer. This  top prize for Carnival 2008 was sponsored by ANSA McAL’s  local radio station Vibe CT 105FM and distributed by Diamond Motors, also part of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies. Ms. Alvarez , daughter of eight-time Road March champion Austin “SuperBlue” Lyons, was crowned Road March Queen 2008 for  this year’s song- Get On, which was played 331 times during Carnival Monday and Tuesday.This was second time in her career she was crowned Roach March champion . The event was hosted by popular Vibe CT105 personality George Gonzales and also present for the handing over was Jenny Francois, Vibe CT 105FM Brand Manager, Trinidad Unified Calypsonians Organisation (TUCO) President Michael “Protector” Legerton and Lyons- Alvarez’ manager Anson George.
