Change Manager, Project Clover (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Summary:

  • The Change Manager, Project Clover, is an imperative resource in facilitating the alignment with the introduction of new systems to enhance the realization of Project Clover benefits. The incumbent will ensure a smooth transition to the ‘Future State’ payroll and HRIS processes and drive positive business transformation by maximizing the benefits of integrating systems and minimizing disruptions during gradual rollouts throughout the organization.

Job Description:

  • Conduct an in-depth assessment of the current “As-Is” payroll and HRIS processes across sectors.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define the “Future State” processes aligned with the new systems.
  • Develop and execute a Change Management plan for each entity, considering their specific needs and challenges.
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure adjustments to optimize system integration.
  • Provide guidance to optimize Payroll Centralization.
  • Develop communication and training strategies for different sectors to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Change Management efforts and adjust as needed.
  • Present Entity-specific Change Management plans and strategies.
  • Present Communication plans and materials for each rollout phase.
  • Present Training plans and materials tailored to different sector requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Strategic Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership, Human Resource Management or equivalent will be considered an asset.
  • Certification in Change Management will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Change Management.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience working on Software Deployment Projects.
  • Strong Business Process Optimization and Management skills.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills.

  • This role is a Fixed-Term Contract (1-year).
