Yesterday AMCL Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary and affiliate of ANSA McAL Limited communicated its offer to purchase any and all of the outstanding Ordinary Shares of The Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Limited in its capacity as offeree issuer and will be open for acceptance until 5:00 p.m. (Barbados time) on August 21, 2007.
