At ANSA Coatings Limited, the team recently took on a meaningful project that left a lasting impact on the students of La Horquetta South Government Primary School. Led by their Human Resource Manager, Ms Murlin Baird, and Managing Director, Mr Nicholas Mac Lean, employees came together for a special back-to-school drive.

The idea was simple: give back to the community in a way that truly matters. So, without any corporate sponsorship, their employees pooled their resources to sponsor 50 students for the upcoming school year. This wasn’t just about ticking a box; it was about making a real difference.

The partnership with the school’s principal, Ms Moore, ensured that three students from Standards 4, 3, and 2 received everything they needed—right down to the last item on their book lists But the day was about more than just school supplies; it was about connection. Their team spent the day with the kids, sharing laughs, stories, and creating memories.

Reflecting on the day, Ms Baird shared, “It was incredible to see everyone come together for these students. We’re so proud to have been able to help them get ready for the school year, and spending time with them was the highlight for all of us.”
