Administrative Professionals from various subsidiary companies within the ANSA McAL Group were hosted at a one-day training programme titled ‘Stepping Up to Leadership’ on Saturday 25th April, at the Aurora Conference Room, Floatel, Pier 11, in Chaguaramas.
The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Curt P. Wellington, of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, who guided the over fifty participants through a range of leadership and personal development principles. The large group was welcomed by ANSA McAL Group Corporate Communications Manager, Nicole Dyer-Griffith who spoke on the Group’s continued commitment to devising unique strategies in the development of its people.
Participants were also treated to gifts courtesy Carib Brewery, AMCO, and Digicel.
