On Wednesday 15th May 2013, the ANSA McAL Group honoured its 2012 Sector Performers at an Awards Ceremony held at the ultra chic Aioli Restaurant, Maraval. The Sector Performer Awards was first introduced at the Long Service and Group Awards in 2012 and recognizes top performers in each of the Group’s eight Sectors: Beverage, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Media, Services, Automotive and Distribution.

This year, the new Corporate Performer Award was added to the list and included Head Office employees from Trinidad & Tobago and Barbados. 

After an intensive selection process nine winners were chosen, all of whom exemplified:

• Getting the People Basics Right

• Excellence in Execution and

• Acting Like an Owner

At the Awards Ceremony, the Group Chairman, Mr. A. Norman Sabga, praised the awardees for their sterling contribution to the Group and encouraged them to continue to strive for excellence in all that they do.

Group HR Director, Teresa White sealed the official programme by proposing a toast in honour of the winners.
