Automotive Service Manager
Scope of Responsibilities:
To manage the process and personnel of the Automotive Service Department to create and sustain exceptional customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications/Competencies Required:
Undergraduate qualification in Engineering/Business management or related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Leadership position.
Exceptional People Management skills.
Strong Administrative and customer Relationship Management skills.
General Management and Strategic Planning experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of Technicians and Administrative staff.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
