Heineken is a global leading beer brand and we are seeking a self – motivated, performance driven individual to join our Brand Team in Trinidad & Tobago
The Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Understanding the Heineken consumers and target group
- Gathering valuable consumer insights for the Brand
- Identifying growth opportunities for Heineken and the premium beer category
- Developing and implementing strong Brand plans (4 marketing P’s)
- Delivering excellent execution and evaluation of plans
- Leading and working closely with colleagues and partners to achieve better results
The Candidate:
Must have a strong and social personality, good marketing and leadership skills along with:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business Management or its equivalent.
- At least five (5) years experience in Marketing with a focus on Brand Management in the FMCG Industry.
- Regional and International Brand Management experience.
