To develop products in colours requested while ensuring that all Company products satisfy customer expectations and achieve superior reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 
   
   Prepare formula and mix paints as per customers requests, ensuring accuracy of tints on colour required.
   
   
   
2. 
   
   Maintain mixing equipment.
   
   
   
3. 
   
   Maintain proper records of all mixed paint – ensure formula cards are filed daily
   
   
   
4. 
   
   Conduct tests on paints to ensure that it is in keeping with the Company’s quality standards.
   
   
   
5. 
   
   Assist in the handling and storage of goods.
   
   
   
6. 
   
   Participate in the development of, and perform all duties in accordance with procedures as per ISO 9001 standards and Penta Quality systems Manual.
   
   
   
7. 
   
   Ensure timely delivery of products produced.
   
   
   
8. 
   
   Preparing the Small batch unit for stocktaking exercise.
   
   
   
9. 
   
   Participate in Training and Development activities from time to time.
   
   
   
10. 
    
    Participates in the development and implementation of, and performs all duties in accordance with procedures as per ISO 9002 standards and Penta Paints Caribbean Quality Manual and OSHA.
    
    
    
11. 
    
    Performs any other related duties as may be required from time to time.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 
  
  Minimum 5 O’Levels (inclusive of Mathematics, English and Chemistry)
  
  
  
• 
  
  Computer Literate 
  
  
  
• 
  
  Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar capacity.
