Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations Lead – Manufacturing Sector

 


 




  • We are seeking an experienced strategic HR Practitioner with proven knowledge in Employee and Industrial Relations within a Manufacturing environment. 



  • The incumbent will be required to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to ensure that a stable and productive work environment is maintained and that employees achieve and sustain high levels of morale and motivation.  He/she will also be required to develop, implement and administer HR/IR policies, procedures and systems while ensuring compliance. 



  • Additionally the incumbent will facilitate the efficient administration of Collective Agreements as well as the delivery of organisational change initiatives by providing responsive and effective employee relations advice and guidance to managers and HR Personnel within the Sector.



  • The preferred candidate must be a strategic thinker, skillful negotiator, superior relationship manager and action oriented individual with a solid track record of excellence.



  • The incumbent must have at least five (5) years experience in a similar position and must have related qualifications in this area.
