Scope:

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Engineering Manager will be required to manage an engineering team to deliver engineering support to accomplish defined corporate goals, and direct the integration of technical activities.

Responsibilities:

He/She must be skillful at technology analysis as well as , workforce and other resource planning to facilitate the effective development and implementation of solution oriented engineering processes and other constructive interventions. 

Requirements:

The role requires an individual with a relevant Post Graduate Engineering Degree and a minimum of seven (7) years experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing Sector, at least three (3) of which must have been in a management/leadership capacity.
