COMMERCIAL MANAGER – MANUFACTURING SECTOR




  • We are seeking an energetic and innovative Marketeer to join our Executive Management Team.  This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing activities.


  • The successful candidate will be required to develop, Implement and monitor Strategic Marketing Plans and Programs as well as analyse present Sales and Market Trends and determine new Market Opportunities to increase the Company’s Market Share.


  • The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and inter-personal skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop the Team to achieve its objectives.


  • The incumbent must have a degree in Marketing or related discipline along with 5 years proven leadership experience.


DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER




  • We are seeking to recruit a financial professional with significant commercial acumen and a demonstrable track record of contributing to top line growth as Deputy CFO.


  • This position reporting to the Company CFO will be primarily responsible for the fiscal functions of the company in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and relevant Group policies. 


  • Candidates must have substantial experience and a proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets.


  • The successful candidate must be ACCA qualified or have a similar professional designation with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior managerial position. The incumbent must also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER – MANUFACTURING SECTOR




  • A leading Manufacturing Company is seeking an innovative and dynamic Maintenance Executive to lead its Maintenance Operations.


  • As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Maintenance Executive must have substantial Managerial and Industry experience in the Manufacturing Sector.  


  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, procedures and systems to continuously improve the functioning of the Maintenance department.


  • He/she will also be required to work closely with Operations to design and implement Engineering initiatives to ensure more cost effective production.


  • The incumbent must demonstrate excellent leadership and inter-personal skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop the Team to achieve its objectives.


  • The preferred candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience in a Managerial position with a degree in Engineering.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER




  • We are seeking to recruit a driven and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager for St. Kitts.  The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising and executing Marketing, Sales and Distribution Plans with the aim of achieving volume and profit objectives.


  • This position is responsible for market development through strategic planning processes, preparing and managing annual budgets, while simultaneously evaluating the effectiveness of these activities and managing the daily sales, warehousing and distribution operations of the Sales and Distribution Departments.


  • The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Management with an emphasis on Promotions and Sales Management and five (5) years experience in a similar environment.

SECTOR HR MANAGER




  • We are seeking to recruit a proven and experienced HR Professional to serve as Sector HR Manager with responsibility for several Companies which comprise the Sector. 


  • The incumbent will interface with Sector MDs and other levels of Executive Management.  He/she will be responsible for all aspects of the HR lifecycle including


  • recruitment, training and development, continuous improvement and change management initiatives, as well as the performance management system and industrial relations.


  • The preferred candidate must be energetic, innovative and have proven strong interpersonal, negotiating and leadership skills with a solid track record of excellence.


  • The incumbent must have at least eight (8) years experience in a senior HR management position, with the appropriate post graduate qualifications.

SECTOR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT LEAD



  • We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner with strong expertise in Organisational Development and Performance Management Systems.
  • The successful candidate will have inter alia a critical role overseeing the effective implementation of the performance management system, ensuring alignment to strategic and business objectives. 
  • This position which will interface with Executive Management will be responsible for all aspects of Organisational Development including Succession Planning, Talent Management and training and development initiatives.
  • Candidates must be at ease in a fast pace environment, a natural leader with exceptional inter-personal and communication skills.  The incumbent must have a degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline along with five (5) years proven experience.

SECTOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/IR LEAD




  • We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner with proven experience in Employee and Industrial Relations. 


  • The incumbent will be required to develop and implement Sector initiatives to ensure that a stable and productive work environment is maintained and that employees achieve and sustain high levels of morale and motivation.


  • The successful candidate will also be required to conduct employee surveys and make recommendations when required. 


  • Additionally the incumbent will facilitate delivery of organisational change initiatives by providing responsive and effective employee relations advice and guidance to managers and HR team members within the Sector.


  • The preferred candidate must be a strategic thinker, skillful negotiator, superior relationship manager and action oriented individual with a solid track record of excellence.


  • The incumbent must have at least five (5) years experience in a similar position and must have related qualifications in this area.
