We are seeking to recruit a proven business executive for the post of Managing Director in one of our Group’s manufacturing companies. Leading the Executive Team, the Managing Director will account to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for shaping corporate strategy, providing direction and focus to all staff and oversee the operations of the company. The Managing Director will also lead the implementation of programmes aimed at achieving long-term strategic goals and increasing shareholder value. The candidate must be energetic, innovative and have proven strong interpersonal, negotiating and leadership skills with a solid track record of excellence. The incumbent must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a Senior Executive post, with appropriate Post Graduate qualifications.



We’re looking for a natural leader, grounded in sales and marketing, with a keen sense for identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion in the automotive industry. The General Manager will assume overall accountability for establishing and implementing an effective sales team, meeting sales goals and developing sales strategies. He/she will also be a strategic thinker, skillful negotiator, superior relationship manager and action oriented individual, and will pursue development of penetrative business plans and strategies to maximise market share, revenues and profits. The incumbent will be responsible for directing, managing and coordinating the company’s resources and activities to ensure improved efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a Degree in Business Management or related qualifications and at least 5 years of Managerial experience. Experience in the Automotive Industry will be an asset.



We are seeking an energetic and innovative Marketeer to join our Executive Management Team. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing activities. The successful candidate will be required to develop, Implement and monitor Strategic Marketing Plans and Programs as well as analyse present Sales and Market Trends and determine new Market Opportunities to increase the Company’s Market Share. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and inter-personal skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop the Team to achieve its objectives. The incumbent must have a degree in Marketing or related discipline along with 5 years proven leadership experience.



We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Attorney to oversee all litigation and intellectual property for Group subsidiaries. The incumbent will lead the Legal Department and render advice on corporate/commercial matters inclusive of contracts, business proposals and property transactions as well as the review and drafting of legal agreements ensuring corporate compliance with legislation. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor of Law Degree and be eligible to practice law in Trinidad and Tobago along with at least ten (10) years post-qualification experience.



As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Divisional Manager must have substantial Managerial and Industry experience in the Automotive Sector.  The incumbent will oversee the operations and processes of the Auto Service Department so as to realize the Corporate goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be required to implement all policies and procedures regarding the auto repair operations of the Company as well as participate in the development of the Company’s Annual Business/ Strategic Plan. The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership and inter-personal skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop the Team to achieve its objectives. The incumbent must have a successful track record in Management as evidenced by a minimum of at least five (5) years experience in a similar position as well as a Degree or equivalent tertiary level education.



We are seeking to recruit an experienced IT Manager to lead the development and implementation of all information technology initiatives within the Media Industry. The incumbent will be required to direct, plan and implement Enterprise IT systems in support of the Company’s operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development. This key position will be responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems. The incumbent will participate in the strategic and operational governance processes of the business as a member of the Senior Management Team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years managing and/or directing an IT operation.  They must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science as well as Considerable knowledge of database management, systems analysis, web-based development, security, networking and telecommunications.
