ANSA Automotive Division, a member of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies is inviting applications to fill            

  the position of General Manager.  The company is seeking an individual with excellent leadership, organizational   

  and marketing abilities who will realize the full potential of the organization and continue the drive for         

  expansion and growth.    

  Responsibilities                                                                                                   

  · Reports directly to the Sector Managing Director.                                                                

  · To lead in the planning, development and implementation of the Company’s Business Plan.                          

  · To identify target markets and implement strategies to increase market share.                                    

  · To build a dynamic and driven sales team and provide high quality customer service.                              

  · To effectively manage the operations of the Division.                                                            

  · To assist in the development and implementation of internal operational policies and procedures to ensure optimal

  efficiencies.                                                                                                       

  Requirements                                                                                                        

  · A University degree in a related discipline and/or the equivalent experience.                                    

  · At least five (5) years experience in a senior managerial position.                                              

  · Considerable knowledge and a proven track record of sales and support in the respective field.                   

  · Excellent leadership and communication skills.
