On Monday 23rd May 2011 the leaders of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies got the opportunity to interact with Robin Sharma who is ranked as one of the Top 2 Leadership Gurus in the world.

Mr. Andrew Sabga, Sector Head – Beverages, Mr. Jose Nivet, Sector Head – Distribution and the Group Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary – Mrs. Frances Bain-Cumberbatch of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies.

A team of 50 Executives attended Sharma’s ‘Creating a Legacy of Leadership – Power of One’ Lunch with Corporate Leaders.

Robin Sharma was hosted in Trinidad and Tobago by “The Growing Leaders Foundation.” This local NGO partnered with Sharma to help spread his mission to “help people lead without a title and do their absolute best work during times of intense change.”

The sheer level of ANSA McAL’s participation delivered the event’s success and was openly commended by the event’s organisers.
