Legal Officer

PROVIDING LEGALS SERVICES FOR THE Claims Department specifically with the reviewing of policies and advising on liability issues, preparation of agreements on behalf of the Company.  Representing the company in court; liaise with external attorneys including the preparation of briefs and issuing of instructions; negotiating settlement of contentions matters including personal injury claims.

Qualifications

A practicing Attorney at Law

Experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing attorney.  Experience working in an insurance environment dealing with claims is preferred.
