Job scope:

We are seeking to recruit a driven and motivated business executive to the post of Managing Director in one of the nation’s leading distribution companies. 

The Managing Director will lead the Executive team, report to the Board of Directors and guide the organization’s continued growth and development by utilizing proven expertise in delivering the company’s strategic growth agenda; achieving increased market share; seeking out new business opportunities and developing a strong sales, service and entrepreneurial culture.

Candidates must be at ease in a fast pace environment, a natural leader with exceptional inter-personal and communication skills.

Qualifications and experience:

The right person for the post should have relevant Post Graduate qualifications and ten (10) years proven experience in achieving and surpassing targets, growing market share and increasing shareholder value in a retail operations environment.
