Marketing Director

Tatil Life a major Insurance Company in the dynamic ANSA McAL Group of Companies is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Sales efforts.

This person will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for recruiting, training and directing Agency Managers, Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors.

The ideal candidate must have a first Degree or CLU or other Life Insurance qualifications, with a minimum of ten (10) years sales experience, five (5) of which should be in management.  He/she should have strong communication and inter personal skills and demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate.
