ANSA Automotive Limited is enhancing its operational capabilities and is seeking to recruit capable and experienced individuals in the following role:
NEW VEHICLE SALES MANAGER

Scope:

To develop and implement Strategies and Objectives aimed at increasing market share and profitability of the Division.
 

Requirements:

• 
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Marketing
  
  
  
• 
  
  Minimum of 2 years in a sales related managerial/leadership position.
  
  
  
• 
  
  Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach a team of employees/contractors.
  
  
  
• 
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
  
• 
  
  Creative and Innovative mindset.
  
  
  
• 
  
  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
